The Lowell Chamber Orchestra, under the direction of founder and conductor Orlando Cela, completes its second season with the world premiere of Jeremy’s Dirge-Fantasy (2003) for double string orchestra, along with works by Berlioz, Dvořák, and a world premiere by Quinn Mason.
